  3.  @usfootman  i wonder why you are after a second citizenship then.. :) as USA cannot strip you of citizenship just because you secured another one, the answer is yes. remember: Andrew was a St. Lucian already but had to renounce actively; it was not a default loss of US citizenship. but USA may not like it if your new allegiance belongs to somewhere suspicious. :p
