EU citizens do not need any of this, they are entitled to roam Valetta (and Riga and Berlin and Amsterdam and whatnot) whenever they want and settle there. citizens from CH Iceland Norway and Liechtenstein (all 4 not members of EU) are also not bothered that much; EFTA citizens are welcome. :)

  6.  @Michael-4  brit without secured residence ? ooooh bad timing afaik. subtle hint: you will face same regulations to even VISIT Malta as if you were from tiny Kiribati in far pacific, comes ETIAS visa waiver program.
