  1. who cares about Russia ? not everybody and their grandma is aiming for wealth tax and as you are eligible to settle where such tax is anathema you are not affected.

  2. so far so good: marriage is one requirement. you have to prove your good standing in the community still, aside from language test etc.

  3. how long will it take to process the application ? residence permit is secured anyway, which is interesting on its own IMHO me is german and not in dire need of another citizenship; the topic is just interesting
