  3.  @ladlem3  my point still stands: no business as usual until invasion is over and solved. EU is not interested to sustain russian economy by now and if they can make life miserable for Russia they will. total SWIFT ban is unlikey, so far so good. but dont bet on any bank in EU to transfer a single cent back to russia.

  4.  @ladlem3  more likely EU will unanimously put such visa for russians on hold until the dust settles. no way the russian invasion will not affect rules and procedures and until new rules are implemented russians are out of luck.
