  1.  @SurpriseMeJT  afaik IRS got the PM of UK Boris Johnson to pay taxes to them from a house sale because he was natural born citizen, so it seems they got some leverage ;)

  3.  @TysonJensen  IRS may try to get you by ticking off governenment to cancel your passport. without a second citizenship you would be forced to return to USA
