  3. yup; such stuff might work in math where negative proof is sometimes useful. but for a concept of god you will need flesh to the bone and it's up to theists to provide the meat

  4. to sink your boat: the existence of universe proves nothing as it will by entropy destroys its structures itself. if proton decay is a thing, it will destroy everything above atom level we are just a short term occurance; most of time the universe exists it is to hot or to cold for life as we know it.
