you may have to discuss Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff limit together with Chandrasekhar limit as there are no known neutron stars over 3 solar masses. lot of stars bring more than that to the table but everything above TOV turns into a black hole AFAIK so a star would blow away most of its mass away to remain a neutron star still
