@Vandassar for PC and Mac: $59.99 for Digital Collector's Edition, $39.99 is Standard Edition price tag pre-order bonus and early access included in both plus the extra mount the minion and weapon skin in Collector's. you may upgrade your standard edition to collector's later still

@Vandassar the perk of FF14 preorder is the 30% exp bonus which is in effect immediately. if you are max level already and are ok with the 2 new classes catching up as usual or just dont want to play them the preorder is not for you. as you cannot spent less without early access it is pretty convincing to preorder close to release date still. millions of digital purchases on release day may crash the store and at endwalker release Square Enix was forced to stop creation of new accounts completely and to kick all trial players (they do not pay anything and thus dont contribute to maintain the servers) back to rear end of queues.
