  2. wurde nur nie durchgesetzt, es bleibt aber Staatsziel, das olle Reichskonkordat aufzulösen. mit echter Trennung von Kirche und Staat wäre das Tanzverbot an Karfreitag als beliebtes Beispiel kein Thema mehr, weil es den Staat eben nix mehr angeht, wer da still feiern will und wer nicht.
