@tejateaa well guess what, my grandparents lived better during Yugoslavia and I'm from Macedonia, what's your point? Maybe it wasn't the government's fault, also during Yugoslavia you could travel anywhere you want, I don't see why they had to escape

@tejateaa ye ik, I really wasn't trying to get aggressive but I hate when people that live rich somewhere in America try to tell me whether life in Yugoslavia was good or not (not referring to you), Yugoslavia was a different communist country from other communist ones

@tejateaa well, Yugoslavia actually had free trade with Western countries and was open, for example you could travel to study in the US and come back, people didn't need to escape from Yugoslavia if they wanted to leave, the salaries were big, there's a difference between communist Yugoslavia and Communist Romania for example, Romania got rid of communism because Cauesecu was a violent leader, Yugoslavia collapsed because after tito's death, nationalism sprung up
