@hilbridanongoogle4465 in the end the population as a whole is responsible for the government they have. Every dictorial regime eventually finds it's match in his population when they push them to far. They all eventually fall by the hand of their own people, it never lasts forever. But people also know they won't go by themselves and they will be there until the people forces them to go. From that point of view the population is ultimatly the one who decides what is still acceptable and what is not. Everything that happens before the population rises up and says you need to go in the end falls in the acceptable category. And especially russia is a far way removed from places like north korea. Once the russian population decides it's enough and takes to the streets, putin and friends stands no chance to survive it.
