  1. wanted to say i sleep on a wedge, as indicated by gerd, every night which makes using a bipap very easy bc i don't move around. i have used an apple cider vinegar drink which got rid of gerd quickly, and also a keto diet, as mentioned below. i still sleep on the wedge though for the bipap and find it to be comfortable. i was also told that i would be able to go without the bipap after i lost weight. i'm on a mission!! good luck.

  2. thanks for sharing your story. i use that exact bipap, with nasal pillows, and it has been a life saver for me. my ramp is set at 45 mins so i can fall asleep before higher pressure. i found the secret to using it is mouth tape. very clever how you figured that out. nice. you can also order mouth tape from amazon. i prefer the one that is x shaped and i also use regular medical adhesive tape and cut in a strip about the length of half a bandaid and apply vertically under my nose and across my lips to my chin. this works great and only costs about $3 per roll. just this week i had my pressure lowered as my apnea is improving. baby steps. good job sorting a fix for you and good luck.
