  1. American police standards and training are LOW! You don’t shoot an unarmed citizen running or driving away from you. The rules of engagement in a combat war zone are don’t shoot unless fired upon. Why in a non combat war zone in your own country do you shoot a unarmed civilian who didn’t shoot at you? 🤦‍♂️ Would a soldier in war mistake a bazooka for a tank? If you don’t know the differences in your tools at work seek employment elsewhere.
