  3. al pha We already have multiple eye witness testimony and Cohen provided receipts of illegal payoffs. Bank fraud, tax fraud, obstruction of justice, corruption and abuse of power. You are correct however, although guilty in the vast majority of public opinion, he must be formally charged before convicted and sent to prison with his children. Impeachment of course will be the first to happen in the process.
