  8. The electricity is literally arcing across multiple inches of wet wood. The only reason it's not arcing through the insulating material and into their bodies is because it's taking a more direct route with less resistance. But if their feet are grounded at all, and they pick up the negative electrode, their body becomes the shortest route... insulating material isn't anti electricity magic like these people seem to think. Electricity can still go through it. this is suicidally insane...

Inciting a panic (eg yelling fire,or starting a riot) is 100% a federal crime. Stop listening to motivated liars. He just doesn't want to get charged for his crimes.
