  43. I thought for sure this would be about how California plays a shell game with ticket money. So they can lie and say they don't use tickets to fund the highway patrol, they use dmv money usually reserved for road maintenance in order states, and send that to the chp, in the exact amount they made in tickets. While the ticket money disappears into corrupt politicans pockets. Never to be heard of again. That's why our roads suck.

I'm an animal professional who works at a county shelter. i had a d bag k9 cop try to let his dog on me for no reason and i command it to stop and sit and it did and he threatened to arrest me for it. I told him if he can't control his dog, then it's vicious and I'll have it put down seeing as i didn't do anything. Cops are out of control.
