  2. ​ @wolfehoffmann2697 hoa "leaders" are not elected. They are appointed. And the people moving in got no say. Unlike how everyone in the country gets to vote. Neither did the houses they annexed into their subversive treasonous government. So that's the most illogical argument ever. Yes treason is illegal. And setting up your own government rivaling the American government IS treason. Hoas ARE illegal. But crime does pay, and city council members are easily bought.

  5. ​ @bartsanders1553 that's a violation of their first amendment rights. In America the person who decides if filming can take place on their property is the property owner and no one else. And stopping him is a 1A violation. Meaning, that's a federal crime.
