  1. I thought for sure this would be about how California plays a shell game with ticket money. So they can lie and say they don't use tickets to fund the highway patrol, they use dmv money usually reserved for road maintenance in order states, and send that to the chp, in the exact amount they made in tickets. While the ticket money disappears into corrupt politicans pockets. Never to be heard of again. That's why our roads suck.
