  4. thats becuase the kinds of electrolytes in it are not the kind your body uses, and artificial sweeteners trick your body into thinking its real sugar, so it produces insulin, and you end up hypoglycemic, which means you have no energy for your workout, and your body is in a bad spot if you drink it after your workout as you have low bloodsugar.

  6. prime is 100% NOT better for you. the electrolytes it has are not the kind your body uses, so that is a scam, and the massive amounts of artificial sweeteners in it are very bad for you. Normal sugar is actually better because not only can the artificial sweeteners still trick your body into giving you diabetes, (fact, look it up) but because your body thinks you just slammed a ton of sugar, it produces insulin and you end up hypoglycemic.
