  6. dehydration is very similar to being drunk. She was not in the right state of mind, she needed help, and they emotionally abused her and left her in a dangerous situation. After the last vid i watched where they beat a man trying to save his house from a fire "to protect him" this is beyond ironic.

If there is a single good cop on that force, then why arent the rest in prison? Either they are in on it, or they are soooo incompetent that they cant catch criminals they see every day.
