  3. Prime isnt even the same thing as Gatorade. The electrolytes in prime are not the kind your body uses. so thats a scam. false advertising. and if you actually exercise, you need the sugars or at the least they dont hurt, while all the artificial sweeteners in prime trick your body into over producing insulin and you end up hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) which hurts your muscle growth, and can make you feel sick. and on top of all of that, its been found that since your body thinks they are real sugars, you can still get diabetes from them. So overall artificial sweeteners are worse than real sugar (unless you already have diabetes). making prime just plain bad for you despite them advertising it as similar to Gatorade. which again, is just false advertising. This is why no real athletes drink prime. and no real coaches suggest it.

  4. Even if he had not made it, its really bad for you. The electrolytes are not the kind your body uses, and the MASSIVE amounts of artificial sweeteners are not only still likely to give you diabetes, but they will for sure give you immediate hypoglycemia as your body can't tell the difference between them and real sugars so it will over produce insulin.
