America clearly won that war, seeing as America completely owns Canada in every way. With Canada's entire existence depending on America's protection. (Mexico could take over Canada in a single day, with their respective armies)

 @Shadow-cc7br Canada doesn't qualify as a country. It has no standing army. Its basically just America's 51 state.
