  10. @YangShaoqing778  No I mean the South Pacific where I live I'm not American the Chinese are trying to build up relations with the Solomon islands including improving port facilities,roads and airports and the reason is so in a time of war they can use it as a base. People in the region aren't stupid they know what china is up to.
