  5. The backbone of any military is morale and the will to fight then you provide uniforms, weapons and training. If you go the other way and provide uniforms,weapons and training but the people don't have morale and the will to fight when that army gets under pressure it will collapse. Revent events in Afghanistan and Syria prove this point.
