  1.  @TonitruiDraco  the Russians can't risk any seaborne landings after their ship was sunk by the Ukrainians. Their land forces can't move south until Mauripol is completely captured.

  2.  @TonitruiDraco  I think the Ukrainian forces in mauripol are doomed I have thought that for weeks. Logistics are a huge part of war you can't fight without bullets or food and Mauripol is just too isolated to support. It's still buying time for forces in the south to prepare positions and receive vital equipment. The coming month is going to be very important in this war it's vital for the Ukrainians to avoid major encirclements of the rest of their forces even if it means giving ground

The Russians saw the Zelensky government as the enemy they wanted to take them down and have a russian friendly government installed. They wanted to capture Kiev that's why they deployed airborne forces to try and capture the airport near Kiev

  6. If things were going so well for Russia they wouldn't be resorting to threats telling the west to stop supplying military equipment to Ukraine. The Ukrainian just need to prepare for a long war and fight like insurgents well armed and mobile killing russian invaders everyday until they f..k off.

  9.  @TonitruiDraco  yes they have already prepared positions in the south but it gives them time to improve the positions and build up supplies But that being said if i was in charge I would have abandoned Mauripol once I knew I couldn't supply the forces in the city and redeployed the forces elsewhere the Ukrainians just can't afford to have large bodies of men surrounded.

  10. Yes they planned to take Kiev they said at the beginning they wanted to take down the zelensky government. They thought going into Kiev was going to be like going into the Crimea they got a rude shock

The Ukrainian people need to fight a mobile fight like well armed insurgents just keep hitting and running killing russian soldiers everyday until they leave. Put a thousand cuts on them.

They didn't think they were going to meet resistance they thought it was going to be like taking the Crimea. The Russians have been embarrassed by how this invasion has turned out and all Russia's fanboys and girls are making up excuses to explain it all away.

Russia thought going into Kiev was going to be easy and they found out otherwise. You're lying to yourself about the situation because you never imagined the Russian military would have such a hard fight

The Ukrainian people won't submit to russian rule any occupying force will be shot at everyday until they leave
