  1.  @AegeanRealm  the terrorist factions you speak of were the Syrian people it wasn't a small group of terrorist that brought the Syrian army to its knees. Assad is a dictator and his people didn't want to be ruled by him anymore the Russians went in their so they could have a friendly base in the region and the Chinese are spending money in there for the same reason.
