  1. ​ @GusthoffBurgerberg THE US would wipe the floor with Ukraine the only reason Ukraine has survived up to this point is because of US supplies. Russia would also lose a conventional war with the US they couldn't even defeat Ukraine when they out numbered them in population base were able to fire 10 shells for every Ukrainian shell and out numbered them in the air 10-1. The whole US military went into Ukraine the Russian forces would be forced back to the point they would have to resort to nukes.

  6. ​ @kxkxkxkx Bullshit he told his superiors he didn't want to conduct the mission because they didn't have the equipment to do so and the battalion commander ordered them in regardless. They didn't have the weapons or ammunition in the ground force and they also had no air support,no quick reaction force in support and no medical plan. The mission was a disaster waiting to happen and Perozini was a scapegoat

  7. ​ @hoosierhermit look at the river crossing the Ukrainian have made in the South the Russians should think themselves lucky the Ukrainian don't have a strong amphibious capability if that was the US you would have seen the USMC Cross that river with multiple divisions backed up with airpower.

You're obviously clueless as to how the afghans fight they do everything they can to avoid major engagements and just use hit and run tactics while they hide in the civilian population. They use time as a weapon waiting their opponents out. The US was in Afghanistan 20 year's and could have stayed there as long as they wanted to there was nothing the Taliban could do about it. The US left because they have more pressing issues with China in the Pacific. The Russians also withdrew from Afghanistan without pacifying the countryside

  16.  @bytesburst  at the peak of the fighting in 2022 the Russians were firing 10 shells for every Ukrainian shell and Ukrainian soldiers admitted this. The population base of Russia matters because the war attritional you can't fight without men it doesn't matter how much equipment you have. The russian airforce was far larger than Ukraine they should have been able to achieve air dominance in the early days of the war when they had the element of suprise. The Russians attacked with every advantage and they should have achieved a lot more than they have.

  21.  @apollon011  yes it has. The javelin,NLAW anti tank systems have been excellent. So has the HIMARS and M270 MLRS and artillery like the M777 155MM towed artillery and the M119 105mm towed artillery. The self propelled artillery has also done well. The shoulder launched SAM systems plus systems like Patriot and NASAM have also provided excellent air defence capability along with the German radar guided anti aircraft systems. Then we get to storm shadow which has done a great job hitting important russian targets. The anti artillery radars have also performed very well when combined with HIMARS. THE Western armoured vehicles have shown far better crew survivability than Russian vehicles.

The SUV got left behind when the convoy was pulling out to avoid getting out flanked and 3 men were killed. The other vehicles in the convoy sent men back but it was to late. Then that group came under heavy fire and lost all their vehicles and had to try and escape through an area covered in bushes. They were nearly out of ammunition and couldn't get any support and were facing being over run and that's when they started trying to send goodbye messages to their family

The afgan forces were given a lot of equipment but didn't believe they could fight the Taliban by themselves so as soon as trump started to deal with the Taliban the afgan army started doing their own deals with the Taliban to not fight for the cities. You can only train what you have to work with the afghans were illiterate and a lot of them were drug users no one could turn them into a confident fighting force. The US trained the Ukrainian and they have fought very well so there is nothing wrong with US training methods. The US and NATO have given a small percentage of the equipment they have a lot of what they did give was old stock nearing the end of it's life. The Korean war which end in a draw was the worst combat seen since world war two

  34.  @m16-a2  the Ukrainian would never have had that many vehicles in there military. You don't know how many Bradley have been lost and they have proven to be the best IFV in Ukraine. Show me the videos of the 15 Abrams that have been destroyed I know of 5-6 that have been confirmed

The US have trained the Ukrainian forces and they are performing really well. You can't make someone be a good soldier they have to want it the afghans the US were dealing with were pathetic nothing the US or anyone could do was going to change that.

They are spending billions per day and their economy is struggling and they also don't have enough infantry to control the country. On top of that the bombardment of the cities is creating so much hatred it's going to blow back on the Russians
