I live in New Zealand recently we had an 18 year old who stabbed a 62 year old 8 times when the victim said I'm done and put his hand up the attacker who was on meth just shoved him to the ground and the woman he was with stole the victims phone. He layed there for an hour until someone found him he died 8 days later. The perp was found guilty of murder but because of his age ,tough upbringing and PTSD the judge didn't give him a life sentence instead he got 17.5 years and has to serve a minimum of 7 years. Our justice system is worse than America.
