@CR-Cross it's not self defence. If he had shot that guy when he was outside his house and the guy in red was brandishing a weapon he would get off on self defense because the danger was imminent. When the guy in red left that removed the imminent threat so when the guy in blue got in his car with his gun and went looking for him he lost the ability to claim self defence

@CR-Cross you need to go read up on self defense laws the moment you go out looking for them it's classed as a revenge killing you can't claim self defence

They need to pass a law if you get caught illegally in possession of a firearm it's a mandatory 25 year sentence with no parole. If you delete someone while being illegally in possession of a firearm it's a mandatory life with no parole sentence
