  1. Based off everything you've stated in the video and what (i think) I'd do, i would hold off on buying the vehicle and get the real estate. It sort of seems like you are just buying the car to realize a childhood desire more than current desires.. Either way I'd buy the thing that has much higher probability to increase my wealth than something that may do so through branding. Albeit, if i was in your shoes I'd have a hard time not buying the lambo given the factors u have mentioned.
