  1. great video, looking a inflation always has to be considered when investing... Let's say you get 10% return on investment but inflation was 12% in real terms you have an investment lost 2% 💪🌚 Another fun, but rare, example is let's say some crazy number like deflation 5% and you get a negative -3% return, in real terms you have an investment gain of 2% (Japan is an example of a country that has experience a 2 decade long deflationary period. Many economist would argue deflation is worse than inflation, but hyper inflation is the worst of all)

  3.  @GrahamStephan  yeah you likely wouldn't by the end of this year but if 2 million by the end of next year is a low ball estimate, I'd say 3 million by the end of next year, mark my words
