@ThomasHernon It is not your children's moral responsibility to sacrifice their lives and/or money to support their parents. The children have to work, save and prepare for their own retirement. They have to come first in their own lives that includes their own children. Parents are not their children's dependants. The relationship is never like that. Parents must plan to take care of themselves and NOT expect their children to treat them like children when they are old.
