  2. I felt that way when I got sober too. Old party friends had to go and that left me very alone. AA meetings can be good to be around other people. It is common to go for coffee with a few people after the meeting. They have sober dances too. Volunteering for anything will give you purpose and get you around potential new friends. If you take any course in something that interests you, you are guaranteed to meet fellow students. I didn't realize it, but there is a whole world of people out there that don't drink. You won't be isolated for long if you get out there and meet other people. 🫂
