You conveniently forgot the part where Israel blocks/filters what goes in and out. It’s close to impossible for them to even leave the Gaza Strip. They control the power and water coming in. They also control the materials. Because materials to build homes can be used as weapons, yeah that’s not allowed. They have a blockade of the coast. If it was black and white things would be that easy, but there are so many shades of gray. Have you ever fought in war? I have and I am by means no expert in wars.
