  1. It could just be a lack of training. It's not difficult to become a cop. It's easier than becoming a soldier. Not saying that to mean they are worthless, but the leaders need to train their people better and perhaps add more relevant courses or make them get higher education for psychology. No need to get a ph d, but a certification would just mean a few psyc classes. Again, this can be viewed as a failure in the leadership/tradoc

  2.  @alexrichardson5731  these are all good talking points. I did an essay on unions years ago in college. The topic was on monopolies, but my research lead me to how unions are monopolies. Scary stuff. There are lots of changes that should be made
