Does it mean that Europeans once invested heavily in the Russian economy (rather than theirs or in any other's) not because of necessity and submission to the overwhelming Russian economic power, but somehow... out of kindness ? 😮 Or... for fun ?! 😱 (In fact, they did it at the national level to prevent conflicts caused by poverty and at the individual level for profit, forgetting how unreliable the Russian market was. But go and explain that to some clowns who think that the money stolen by the local mafia was looted by the USA seeking to "destroy Russia"...).

  2. 2:57 I wonder if all Russians will somehow realise how beneficial it is to never go on military conquest again, like many people from other old empires finally did. I wonder if there will always be a revenge spirit in Russia, turning this country in an ever-aggressive, ever-frighten and ever-dangerous place until complete humiliation on its own land, or if enough of its population will mentally simulate what would actually happen if they actually tried to take Berlin again, and perform the cultural revolution for peace so many other people did without equal geopolitical defeat. Will their defeat in Ukraine teach them ? Will it be enough for them to dream of something else ?
