So, let say they relocate that far. And then what ? Go to fight by train, or taking a plane ? Is that any more secure ? 🙃 At some point, clowns should come to accept that there is no way to avoid all the consequences of attempting to conquer a foreign country, and that no amount of protest or "genius" suggestions will prevent that country from defending itself by any means that will allow it to survive. In addition, it should be used to record the frequencies and sequences of these defenses in order to prepare weapons capable of bypassing them. Why should it be a decoy only and not also a spy ? Knowing that, Russia do have to attack it even when guessing it's a decoy.

A manpad missile would be probably ramping up and hit diagonally, if it ever reaching such altitude. - according to the video, the helicopter had absolutely no reaction: no lure, no evasive maneuver. It seems the pilot did not see it coming at all, so it must have been faster than a manpad missile, especially that far from the ground. - the missile hit so fast that it's not even visible on the video before impact. - the photographies of the the wreackrage show many impacts typical of anti-air missiles. Many bet for air to air missiles fired from Ukrainian jets.
