  3. 10:30 I hardly can believe it. Sure, the Russian command has proven its insanity, but this is yet another level of insanity. Anyway, if true, this would create even more incentive for Russian to surrender, or even to flee to Ukraine to escape Russian rules. It would also increase the risk of having anit-Putin saboters in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. How stupid can the Kremlin go to prevent the communication of between Russians and to silence witnesses ?
