  1. 18:41 The fact that the numbers are stabilizing tells me that it's not so much a question of the amount of propaganda or the time it takes to gather information on a subject, but more fundamentally a question of IQ. At least, it's settled by something that can't change overnight. Anyone stupid enough to believe highly incoherent bullshit is already converted, convinced. Beyond this threshold of mental debility, it becomes impossible to make people believe anything, no matter what techniques are employed.

Who on Earth has more experience than Europeans of how political adventures in false greatness and true great hubris end? Europe doesn't want to be "great" anymore Europe is already great, several times. Now Europe just want to be sane. What we really don't need is more shame out of vanity.
