11:56 I don't see the reason to train Ukrainian troops in Ukraine where it's so dangerous, unless some crucial heavy equipment is already in Ukraine and it would be stupid to send it back out of Ukraine and later send it to Ukraine again, especially if this equipment is meant to deal with geography like, let say, river-crossing equipment, or radar, or ground-to-air missiles, or special communication systems. 3:06 Huh... now ministers start to say what I'm almost bored to say. There is no reason to be more afraid of what В.В.Пу́тин will do if we attack him directly and without any shame with everything we have now, than what he will do if we don't. He has already decided to do the worst, no matter what. It would not only save Ukrainians, but Russians too, unless they suddenly discover a reason to live and decide to save themselves by getting rid of him by themselves.
