  1. 23:21 Individuals don't shake hands with situations. Individuals don't shake hands with nationalities. Individuals shake hands with individuals. Responsibilities are individuals. In my western country, there are Russians who have fled Russia and who do not support Putin or the reconquest of the former USSR countries at all, and who sympathize with the victims as any sane human being would. They aren't all spoiled sons of rich arms dealers or oligarchs who profit from the current Russian regime. They aren't all Z-ists. They aren't all asking for a handshake with the hidden purpose of dominating and humiliating. Some came to work and thought they would return to Russia, never imagining that their country would sink into war. They want Russia to change its policy and become respectable again, but they don't know how. They are considered traitors in their own country. To refuse to shake hands with them is to help Putin divide us and weaken us. But of course, if someone wants to spit in the face of someone who supports the conquest of Ukraine and the genocide of Ukrainians, that's normal, and who cares they are Russian or Iranian in that case ? Nationality is a detail. Life is what matters.

What people hate today and continue to call "communism" in accordance with the propaganda of the Kremlin and its imitators in Asia, has nothing to do with true communism. These regimes weren't and aren't communist. They aren't even failed communism or imperfect regimes evolving to communism. They are complete fakes. They are gangs , sects and cults in disguise. Genuine communism only existed for a few days or weeks in certain cities, in different parts of the planet, before its inhabitants were killed, imprisoned, tortured or simply forced to live by other rules by an overwhelming armed force. For people all over the world to really hate communism, they'd have to know what it is. But they can't, because it's extremely rare and the so-called communists have completely perverted its symbolism, hijacked it for their own exclusive profit like any other sect, and thus historically destroyed it. It's plausible genuine communism require too high spiritual and social skills to make a large human society. It might be too vulnerable to sociopaths by nature, or to new, alien to traditions and misunderstood to be practiced with enough social skill. On a smaller scale, you're probably practicing limited forms of communism in your family or at work without even realizing it, without knowing that it's more authentic communism than that of the soviets, simply by pooling certain goods and practicing trust and solidarity. But if someone tries to sell it to you on a national scale and as a mandatory absolute, chances are it's a scam.
