  1. 25:05 Two years was probably the delay given to solve all the social and legal problems posed by excluding Russia: waiting for ongoing research contracts to end and not renewing them, giving time to Russian scientists to look for possibilities to continue their research under other nationalities, decide what responsibilities to give to whom, change the rules for interns and workers hiring accordingly, adapt budgets, etc, etc. The CERN is a complex international structure, not a private army where a single leader can make big social or doctrinal changes overnight.
