11:23 These "Russian military" represent more the USSR than the Russia of today. They have not evolved politically in the same way as Russia. I'm not sure they would fit in well in today's Russia and, dreaming of the return of the USSR rather than Putin-style tsarist imperialism, may have more to lose (their lives) than to gain from the end of the current status quo that Russia could bring them by attacking Moldova.
