Given the way recruitment is going in Russia, don't you think that foreign countries interested in ending the conflict should send tasers to Russia so that the Russians can defend themselves against their government's watchdogs? The more the Russians can resist and gain respect, the less Ukraine and other countries will be threatened. This would be cheaper and more effective than sending weapons to Ukraine for the Ukrainians to help the Russian government kill opponents.
