  7.  @EdAutana  Look into Fink's background/ethnicity. And So Ross (!) and so many others who control Hollywood and many corporations. These ppl faced exclusion and otherness for centuries. So Ross was in the Budapest ghetto in '44 and survived by the skin of his teeth. No doubt when he moved to London he encountered a more genteel form of it. All those experiences build up inside you.
