  1. I rode the Cable Cars in San Francisco way back in 1989 and visited the Museum and Cable Powerhouse as well. Haven't been to New Orleans but you captured the atmosphere very well. Now, as Jordy mentioned in comments below, ya gotta come downunder to ride Melbourne's tram network. Interesting challenge to cover the whole system in a day (I haven't tried that yet), but our historic W Class trams run a circuit around downtown during daylight hours and that ride is free. You need a Myki card to ride the system outside of downtown (I kid you not - our transit smart card at present is called Myki !!). Cheers from Michael.😀
