  1. I'm a bit slow catching up with this week's offering but well worth watching on a gloomy Melbourne Tuesday. Great coverage of the excellent facilities The Rocky Mountaineer has to offer.... and the food and wine. Oh boy! Hope you exercised well after those two days on this adventure. Dad is excused though...moderate walking only required there. Glad to see he enjoyed the steak. I was going to have something similar last Thursday until an electrical storm hit. There was a big bang outside and I scurried across the living room expecting one of the two front trees to come crashing down. Instead the lightning took out a transformer in the next street and we lost two out of three phases, putting my griller and hotplate out of action for three hours until the power company came to restore service. So no steak for me that night. Looking forward to February for more of your cross Canada travels. Cheers from Michael.
