  1. Oh boy! Seeing the stamina of these gals makes me wish I was 50 years younger and not have an inward goitre. I can remember my youthful cycling days way before lycra and helmets when I would spend an idle Saturday riding from inner suburban Melbourne to Yan Yean Reservoir and back (around 60km round trip).Great view of Vancouver from Mt.Seymour.
