  1. Wow! SFO has changed a lot since I was last there (when you were in diapers, Mike). Now this is one video which I must tell my professional association about (The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia). You have covered areas of Airport Operations that rarely, if ever, get media attention in the way you have presented them. You also have promoted SFO as a destination in itself, let alone the city and its own attractions.That big bunny could well be the mascot. And the museum - how many hours would it take to view that, take in the comfort animals, a comfort meal and a robot served cappuccino? Who could get bored at a place like this!!
