Dude, 10 pounds. That is way too fat. You are not being reasonable. Physical beauty is a legitimate job requirement for acting, one of the few legitimate such job requirements.

The dance teacher is factually overweight (based on the available footage), and she herself acknowledges the shortfall. You shouldn't be too thin, but you shouldn't be too fat either.
